Very good black seed oil. Good level of Thymoquinone (TQ), Helps to keep us healthy.

This product has made a noticable difference in inflammation and pain and overall well being. I even drizzle it on salads even though it is strong. Kind of a spicy oregano taste.

I have been using this black seed oil for many years. Some people don’t like the taste but it doesn’t bother me. I take a teaspoon every morning. It has many benefits. And I like the quality of this product. I do recommend this product.
