This 12 package of bars are perfect snack pre-post training/fitness/workout. High protein and will not break a fasting state. I recommend the taste too!

So hard to find a healthy and delicious protein bar that actually fills you up. Rather pricey and wish they were cheaper. I only buy when on sale. Enjoy!
I love these bars the only thing wrong with them is the price. They taste great, have a nice chocolaty chewy texture, a little crunch from almond pieces and have wonderful, clean ingredients. I live in south Florida where it hot so I keep them in the fridge otherwise when I go to open them they are a little melted. I wish they were less expensive because if they were they would be a regular in my household, but they are only the occasional splurge.
