These are so good! I used them to make clam chouder & it was the best chowder I’ve ever made. Rich flavor in the clams & juice, perfect for chowder. The clams come whole so I did a quick chop in my food processor. Perfect!
These quahogs were large. maybe better for clam chowders. still they were better tasting than other brands. I continue to think this brand is the best.
They are chewy and not too salty. I would consider using them in a chowder.
Have been using this product for several years. These particular clams make a great addition to my Manhattan clam chowder recipe. Natural ingredients- no concerning additives. The clams are plump and easily cut into smaller pieces for the soup. Highly recommended!
