I used to drink chamomile tea before bed to help get my sleepy, but it resulted in me having to pee several times in the night. That is why I started taking 50mg of Apigenin and it works very well for sleep onset. Highly recommend anyone with insomnia to include it in their sleep stack!

Apigenin is a natural bioflavonoid found in chamomile that helps prevent prostatitis. I take it 40-60 minutes before bed: it also helps relieve daytime stress and calm my thoughts. I don't feel groggy or sleepy in the morning. A convenient dosage of 50 mg.

I haven't felt a significant difference yet, I don't know what else to say, I don't think it helps that much, we'll wait a while longer.
