To be honest i haven’t been using it a lot. But i used different brands or even raw honey a while back and having a spoon of honey when you wake up is very beneficial. But what i noticed with this kind that it tastes good and very lightweight
have been looking for a honey with oregano and found it on iherb. good quality and taste! drinking it with warm water when i have a dry throat.
