This supplement is strong and I can feel it beginning to clear my lungs in 20 minutes. Helps clear up nasal congestion and post-nasal drip as well. It helped motivate me, an ex-smoker, to quit smoking in the early stages, because it helped my lungs clear up phlegm quickly and I found the extra oxygen enervating and encouraging.

Planetary Herbals Mullein Lung Complex is an excellent formula. My lifelong bronchitis and my allergies cause symptoms such as chest congestion and sensitivity to smoke and perfumes. Taking this helps my lungs open up and relax, allowing me to feel normal without resorting to an inhaler or OTC decongestants/expectorants. I don't feel any side effects or drowsiness. Highly recommended! Lately it has been difficult to find this product consistently in my local stores. Also the price here is excellent, usually $3-4 less than the retail price.

I've tried a lot of mulleins but this one is the best. It used to be the only thing that helped me breathe easier. I've recommended it to others and they say it helps them, too. It no longer works for me but everything stops working for me. This helped for a few months. I'm grateful to have found it. The tablets are horse pills but I order 000 empty capsules and fill them with this large tablet to help it go down easier. Definitely worth the hassle, in my opinion. If you struggle with congestion/breathing issues or mucus issues... I 100% recommend this product.

Bought this for my FIL who has smoked for 50 years to help heal his lungs and clear them out. It's an easy swallow capsule that is working well. He takes more than the recommended dose as he has a lot of junk in his lungs. But it's helping.

Advertised as mullein capsule however only contains 1.7g per serving (two capsules) and the mullein is listed as the 7th ingredient!!! I don’t find the asthma benefit as good as other products

i bought the big bottle of 180 tablets because i always get that annoying cough in the winter. mullein is great for the lungs and this complex has a lot of other good herbs too. i take 2 a day when i feel congested and it really helps clear things out. the tablets are a bit herbal smelling (kind of like dried grass lol) but they are easy to swallow. definitely feels like it supports my breathing especially when the air is dry or during allergy season. great value for such a big bottle.

This has literally been a lung saver when it comes to keeping my lungs clear, i have a medical condition and it helps keep my lungs cleared out. Works very quick.

High quality and very interesting ingredients. good for respiratory health.I'll use it during cold season. make sure you drink water with it.Sometimes it can be a little hard to swallow.But it's worth it. i feel it benefits the improvement of my throat.
