Good quality, Taste is Just Okay
I'm not a big cereal fan but we wanted a breakfast option with more protein and fiber on days when we don't want eggs & sausage or yogurt! This cereal is okay...and doesnt have a lot of sugar so its not too sweet.

Good fiber source without a ton of junk. The flavor is a little bit bland for me but it's easy enough to add raisins or whatever you want. Quality is decent with good ingredients. Good minerals and vitamins. Texture is 8/10. Considering the fiber content, I probably will buy it again!
