This is a great kids snack. There are nuts and it does have some added sugar so it won't work for everyone, but this flavor is the kids favorite and is a good size for a smaller snack. The regular sized macrobars tend to be too big for them.
There bars fit my diet and are just the right size. Love they are low FODMAP
