I send these to my grandson. He loves them. Says they have a great rich flavor. He drinks one every morning before work. Sometimes he’ll bring one to work for a snack. He says they are the perfect size to put in his lunch bag. I usually send him 6 or7 at a time so he has enough for almost a month. IHerb prices are great and they have fast delivery.
I bought this so I wasn't stuck shaking up my protein powder as much over the week, and this did well as a protein shake in the meantime. High quality, good protein content, and decent taste. The texture is slightly thicker than I was expecting, a little thicker than milk, but that wasn't a deal breaker. Overall a good choice for anyone wanting a decent tasting protein shake on the go without having to lug around a big shaker bottle.
