I've been taking 1,000 mg Taurine for a lot of years! It's Now brand and that is always a quality product. I take it with Hawthorn, also from Now brand to keep the blood pressure lowered and it does a great job of that! I've read it's good for a number of things, but can't remember just what all at this moment.
