I really like this organic cocoa powder. It has a rich chocolate flavor without being overly bitter, and a little goes a long way. The powder mixes well and has a nice smooth texture. I've used it in my homemade drinks and other recipes, and it adds a deep cocoa flavor without being overly sweet. I also appreciate the simple organic product and the resealable package. I would definitely purchase this again.
