I ordered these a while back and took them for a few months before I had a blood test. After my test my cholesterol was down from in the average range and my a1c was in the average as well. They were both in the lower end of average range as well which was great. This stuff works for quite a few things
I have been taking bitter melon for about a year now and have taken several different brands but these are quality and the price is great. It has gotten my a1c into healthy numbers and my blood sugars down, I no longer 'crash' in the afternoon and feel better like I have more energy.
I don't use a glucose meter (yet), but when I take this before something high-carb, I don't seem to have the "cortisol burn" later.
