These really help with seasonal allergies, itchy eyes, sneezing, runny nose. You do need to take them daily. Nettle is also very good if you have a histamine intolerance.
Don’t worry, the name doesn’t change the benefits
I used to get pretty bad sinus headaches a lot and Lmy eyes and nose would constantly run. I take nettle leaf with each meal and some quercetin and I haven't had that issue anymore.
