This K2 complex is well-rounded with both forms of K2 (MK-4 and MK-7) as well as K1. Both my husband and I have taken this for years. I like the small gel cap as it's easy to swallow and handle. I will keep ordering.
I take K with 5,000 units of D daily for bone strength. I really like this gel cap a lot, have tried other brands but came right back to this product. Very happy with it!

I really like that this supplement combines vitamin K1 with two forms of K2, MK-4 and MK-7, all in one softgel. The softgels are easy to take, and with 180 in the bottle, it is also a great value. All three of us take it 2X a day. I am very pleased with this vitamin K complex and will continue to purchase it!
My wife and I take this to go along with vitamin D3. One of those things you don't really feel, but know you need it.
Everyone should take this every day. Studies show that The K1 is critical for proper blood clotting. K2 MK4 is important for bone density but stays in the system only a short time. K2 MK7 is highly bioavailable and can remain in the body for days. It is critical for cardiovascular health. This K complex is critical for removing calcium from arteries and working with D3 and magnesium to put calcium in the bones where it belongs.
