I've been taking this product religiously every day for years, along with 500mg additional Pantothenic Acid (B-5). The combo stopped my hair turning gray 25 years ago and still going strong. Just a tiny bit of salt in the last year, when I was heading into full gray at the start. If I miss a few doses, the gray starts immediately coming back. I had a male roomie who tried it and his gray beard came in brown again. Pretty trippy, huh?
