I compared the Vitacost Zinc with Copper to several more expensive brands, and the formulas were very similar, so I decided to go with this one. I’m glad I did because it seems like a really good-quality supplement at a much more budget-friendly price. If you’re looking for a zinc supplement that also includes copper and you don’t want to spend a lot, I think this is a great option. Good quality, good value, and exactly what I was looking for.
