Eleutherococcus senticosus supplements are an essential item that I always keep on hand, although the brand may vary from time to time. This is iHerb's private label brand, and it's my first time purchasing it. It contains a lot and is inexpensive. I don't particularly notice any difference in effect compared to other brands. I take it before work or when I feel tired. If I take it before bed, I feel refreshed when I wake up. *Although there may be individual differences, I would recommend that people who feel depressed from ashwagandha try eleutherococcus senticosus.
A good, high-quality ingredient, alcohol-free (unlike eleutherococcus tinctures). The capsules are a reasonable size, and the taste is neutral. A good adaptogen for stress and sleep.

It's good Siberian ginseng, but maybe two capsules are too much. It raises your heart rate a little at first, but overall, I liked it very much.
