I bought this Vitamin D3 because I wanted a simple option for daily use. The capsules are small, so they are very easy to take. I like that there are only 60 capsules in the bottle, so it is a good size to try. The formula is simple, and the ingredients are easy to understand. It is a convenient supplement to have at home, especially when I do not get enough sun.
I love this Vitamin D3, especially in mid-Summer when it's just too hot to get outside to get some natural Vitamin D from the sun. The ingredients are natural and it makes me feel safe to take it, and I know it's excellent quality because it's Synergy from Vitacost.

Each capsule provides 2,000 IU of Vitamin D3 and is a “Synergy” formula containing organic fruit and vegetable cultured nutrients along with a probiotic and enzyme blend. Due to the fat-soluble nature of Vitamin D, taking it after a meal is beneficial for absorption, and it is generally recommended to take it consistently for 4–8 weeks or more to improve blood 25(OH)D levels.
This D3 is formulated with whole foods making it considerably more well absorbed than isolated d3. Our blood tests when taking it consistently show proper levels of this vitamin.
