I haven't used it yet, but it smell really good.

The scent is a regular sage smell, which some don't really like. I like it, I find it quite soothing. I use it in my diffuser with citrus oils for some balance . it might help with skin issues, but I haven't tried it yet for that purpose.

This essential oil has a strong scent so diluting is needed. The quality is good. I plan to use with frankincense oil and a carrier oil for muscle benefits.
