This Vitacost version provides 45 mg per capsule, so there’s no need to count drops or handle a concentrated oil. There is a recognizable oregano aroma when the bottle is opened, but it isn’t overwhelming and I don’t get the strong spicy taste associated with liquid versions. The 60-count package is compact and easy to store. For me, the capsule format is by far the most convenient feature of this product.

I felt my immunity improved after starting to take it. However, I do not recommend long-term use or supplementing with prebiotics while taking it.

This is a good quality oregano oil. It’s 70% carvacol, the most effective ingredient in the oil. It’s lower in price than similar products, maybe because it’s not a non-gmo . It”s not that important to me, so I will keep buying it.
