Herbal remedy for immunity.
Echinacea is a potent natural ingredient recognized for its herbal properties. I use it for immunity. This supplement isn't expensive. The capsule size is good, it doesn't have a bad taste, and the dose is sufficient. I wasn't familiar with this brand before, but I liked it and it has my approval. I'm happy with this good echinacea supplement with clean ingredients. The size is perfectly fine, with no bad after taste. I take it to help to ward off nasty bugs. If I get sick, i take it right away and my symptoms lessen almost immediately. (This is my personal experience only !!!) The packaging was very good. I bought this Vitacost echinacea for the whole family during cold and flu season. I was very pleased with the dosage—1200 mg per serving—it really works! Better than a flu shot
I have used this supplement for many years and so has my family. It’s not something I use daily, but when I start to feel symptoms, I immediately take 3 capsules and it usually works quickly. It’s anti-viral, so won’t work for a bacterial infection. My family used to tease me about it, but are now believers and keep it on hand themselves :)
