I take hawthorn supplements usually in liquid capsules, however I wanted to try something different as the price of those is going up. This supplement is good replacement despite it’s a powder extract, I have occasional palpitations when I take this one, compared to almost non when I take the liquid capsules.
I Love that it is organic. I can tell by the smell of the product that it is fresh & it is real Hawthorn. Another plus for me is that it is in a glass bottle.

This little herb is amazing. I always ran in the 90s/60s my whole life and my systolic was inching up into the 110s. That's not necessarily bad but for a Systolic BP to run 20 points higher than the normal baseline, it's not something to overlook. So after a little research, I chose this product and couldn't be more pleased. With Hawthorn, Ashwagandha and Bacopa, my BP read 89/60! And I felt fine. I am thoroughly pleased. As a nurse, I'd recommend following the advisement of a naturopath especially if using prescriptive medications as well.
I purchased this herb for my dog that the vet just told me had a heart murmur. I had another herbalist check it out and they liked it, so I got it. He has been on it now a month and will get a Echo done in December to check out the why. In the mean time he is on this Hawthorn, and Taurine, and adding L-Carnitine and Q10.

I look at Hawthrorn as a natural substance that does a variety of good things across the body, especially for the liver. Oregon's Wild Harvest is a great way to obtain high quality hawthorn. You can smell how fresh it is just by opening the bottle. Hawthorn has a very pleasant smell (at least to this nose!). Good stuff!
I had been using another brand and changed to this one as I needed a vegan capsule due to alpha-gal. The quality is excellent, the size easy to swallow and I have really felt the benefit of the ingredients. Highly recommend.
A nice supplement to keep your heart in good shape. Will not replace eating well or exercise but replaces some of the things you need that don't come from food!
