The flavor of this protein is high quality. I have tried the ghost whey and they are comparable. Unfortunately a lot of plant based protein powders do not blend as well and have a thicker grain and that is the case here which is why it is a 4 instead of 5. Still manageable. Allows me to get in my protein after a workout. I have really liked using this product.
Taste is bad the cinnamon one is way better i hate this tbh but the quality is good its ghost after all
The powder has a chalky texture, and the smell and taste are unpleasant. However, I can confirm that there are indeed cookie chunks in the powder.

After that I bought the whole version. The product is delicious. I gave it to friends. They raved about it. The most delicious protein powder I've ever tasted. There are also bites of chocolate chips, which is a bonus. The texture is watery and delicious. It's delicious in protein shakes, ice cream, oatmeal, everything. Only the ratio of protein to calories sucks and the quantity to price is also a bit expensive. Each scoop comes in at 47.5 grams, so there aren't too many servings to enjoy. Other than that, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to indulge in an enriching flavor.
Excellent protein powder, really tasty and most importantly, doesn't cause stomach aches. Highly recommended.
