i quit sheet masks after reading aboiut how it could dry out my skin. switch to hydrogel and my skin loves it. this one is non irriating. dont make my face feel so cold or numb and alkso dong break me out. i wear it for about 3-04 hours before bed and wake up with plumped nice skin.
