This is a very clean ingredient brand, do not use bleach and the cotton is organic. You can tell the difference, it is breathable and feel good.

These are an excellent brand to buy to give you piece of mind to know you are using a heathy item and good for the environment. Sometimes I need to use more than 1 in a day if I move around a lot. But they are thin and easy to carry in my purse/travel.

Larger size if you're looking for more coverage, but not too large for even petite sizes. Review title says it all: thin, comfortable, and NATURAL! No fragrance and they hold up pretty well.
