This is an outstanding choice for parents following a "savory-first" or Paleo approach to feeding. It provides essential iron and healthy fats that are often missing from fruit-heavy baby diets. While the flavor is bold, the nutritional quality and heavy-metal testing make it one of the safest and most nutrient-dense options available.
Quality I would assume it's good at this price and brand. Ingredients are legit but do note that the meat is very minimal. Taste has to be good at baby loves it. We add to oatmeal or rice and it encourages our child to finish the food.. The size is okay, most other products are also this size.
