Cream with magnesium for relaxation, I'm not sure if it will be able to replenish the body's magnesium supply through the skin, but it relaxes very well. I recommend it!
The cream has a pleasant texture and absorbs well without leaving the skin feeling overly greasy. The small jar is convenient and a little goes a long way. I like using it as part of my evening body-care routine.
