My 5yr old is a picky eater and these are her go-to snack after dinner. I like that there's no added sugar, made with fruit and veggies, and contains 15% iron. I think this is the only flavor that contains iron, so we prefer this flavor over the others.
My daughter likes these, but they're a bit crumbly and get squished and broken easily when you pack them on the go. If you check the ingredients and taste them, it's pretty clear that these are mainly oat-date bars with a lil bit of other stuff thrown in. Anyway I don't buy them anymore as they're kind of expensive and we've found less-messy treats.
