I love this exfoliation mitt. It is very “rough” so I don’t really use is on all my body. Mostly my feet, which is why I bought it and I can handle it lightly on the rest of my body but I prefer a less intense scrub. I am a year round sandals wearer, so I always pay attention to my feet. I use it every shower and it reduces getting frequent pedi’s. This mitt really scrubs off the hard skin well, it doesn’t take much soap and it’s easy to lather up. This mitt is like a glove and it might be a little tight IF you have large hands, but you can use it without putting your hand inside. I definitely recommend it if you’re not too sensitive to a good scrubbing. It’s still in real good shape after many uses, I rinse it well and hang to dry.

It’s great and dosent hurt the skin I have sensitive skin and some make my skin really red but this is so gentle and feel good on the skin , great quality too!
