I’ve been taking this for a couple weeks now and so far it’s definitely helped my energy levels and get those missing nutrients in that I would normally be getting if I was eating organs in a regular diet. I've been taking these for at least 6 weeks. I'm sorry to say that these have not helped to resolve my hot flashes or sleep problems. I was awake at 1am again today.
