The composition is wide, the only downside is that the B vitamins are in inactive forms. The dosages are quite high. I take it during periods of increased mental stress.
This is a good formula containing most necessary vitamins and minerals, but I am not sure about its marketing name as Mind supplement

I've been taking them for a week now and I'm pretty happy with them - the quality is good ,the ingredients are great but the size of the tablets and the dosage is not amazing - two rather big tablets daily is not ideal.On the plus side - there is no taste to them
The capsules are a normal size and easy to swallow. I see the effect when I take them regularly. Since I started taking it, I feel more energy and focus. Good quality.
