For those who are avoiding caffeine
I used to suffer from diarrhea and restlessness due to caffeine allergies, but trying this pre-workout supplement changed my perspective on them. It has a milder effect than regular caffeinated supplements, so it might not be for everyone, but it significantly improves concentration, allowing you to stabilize your form during training and competition. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't fully benefited from pre-workouts due to caffeine side effects. It's quite expensive, so it's best to buy it when it's on sale.
