I switched to this Vitex because it was a higher dose and therefore better value than the other one I was using. using it to balance my hormones. Ive been taking it a few months and my periods have gone from a 21 day cycle to a 24 day cycle. I like that the directions tell you to stop taking while on your period because the other one I was taking didn't mention this. pretty large tablets tho so could be tough for ppl who struggle taking pills.
