I'm using it for healthy ageing, as well as several members of my family, and our blood tests are better than average for the age group. I'm looking forward to more research on this ingredient that would make it more popular and available. None of us experiences the niacin flush, but probably the reason is that we pair it with TMG, which is suggested to lessen the side effects. It came well-packed, in the same bottle as on the preview picture, rather quickly, and everything was as expected. Note: This is just my experience; others may get side effects, and everybody's organism is unique. The product seems to be of high quality, and the dosage is handy.

In terms of effects I don't particularly feel an enhancement of any sort but maybe it takes time to increase my NAD+ levels or it's normal not to 'feel' something.
