Really happy with this supplement. I have a hard time swallowing capsules, so I was pleasantly surprised by how small and easy to swallow these softgels are. The 200 mcg of K2 is a great dose, higher than the 90–120 mcg in most other D3+K2 supplements on the market. 10/10 would recommend this if you’re looking for a well-sized & well-dosed D3 + K2 combo.

This is an excellent product for taking Vitamin D, but the dosage is disappointing. Due to supply issues, the 1000 IU version was out of stock, so I purchased this product, but generally, 1000 IU is required.

These are highly bioavailable and a good solid dose for bones. Many people are not optimizing vitamin D levels, and this one got my labs up severl points rather quickly. I was 36 now 54, going for around 80. These are easy to take and work well.
