If you’ve heard of or used rescue remedy, this is the same formula from a different company slightly less expensive. I have been using this for a long time.. I use it before bed to help me relax and when I have to go do errands and deal with traffic.. helps with anxiety.. I like the spray better than the drops and I use 4 to 5 sprays at a time every 15 minutes to half hour

I use this on my kitties to keep them calm if I want to trim their claws or something. just put some on bare skin like inside the ear.
