I am, and I have used Yarrow and Golden Yarrow as flower remedies off an on over the years to help me to balance sensitivity/empathy with feeling more solid in stressful environments. I love being open and sensitive, and I also want to feel safe and grounded and effective at the same time. This flower essence really helps me to feel balanced in that way. Brandy is the preservative, and it does smell and taste like brandy.

I love flower essence formulas. They are undervalued form of support and medicine. The FES products are high quality and mindfully made products. I use this before I go outside as I live in NYC where there is a lot of environmental factors: pollution, noise, excess human energy. The package is convenient to bring in your purse or bag. The taste is very light when you take it. I feel that my total body is protected.

Using this to protect against environmental toxins! Spray is much easier to use than dropper. Just spray before going out or using phone too much lol. This doesn’t have much smell but it’s fine, I feel alright using it!
