Walnut is a standard English flower essence developed by Dr. Bach long ago, but FES brand is second to none for quality and benefits. (Far superior to what Bach has become!) Walnut in particular has helped me in times of great change and upheaval, and I'm grateful to have the 1 oz size available for a better buy.
These essences are lower cost than Bach remedies, and they are just as effective. I purchase these, now, for my unstable dogs. The Magenta Self-Healer is awesome, as well.

I trust the FES company to use quality ingredients ....organic. The alcohol that is used is not offensive, so taste is not an issue. It can be mixed with water if that is an issue. The one ounce size lasts a long time. I find walnut is beneficial to begin change in your thought processes.

Packed well enough that it made it to destination intact with no breakage. Little to no taste. Easy to use. Flower essences are not homeopathic. Flower essences are a different energetic healing modality from homeopathy.
