I used Pink Yarrow flower essence for years to minimize my tendency to soak up other people's energy. At some point I started using FES' Yarrow Environmental Solution for that purpose, and got away from straight Pink Yarrow. I'm happy to find this single essence again, as it really does help me keep from being so affected by others' energies. 1 oz size is great and provides many dosages. FES as always is unparalleled in their quality and benefits.
