This works well for meals that aren’t too heavy but that I’m worried might trigger my IBS symptoms. I keep this enzyme on hand so I can take it as needed and it works pretty well in keeping my stomach from hurting and my gut from bloating. These aren’t super strong so I also use there Digest Gold for meals that are heavier.
Quality of the product is good. Enzyme ingredients are good for digestion. My age is fine but my gut need them. My stomach likes them and they improve digestion and intestinal support benefits for this package. Don't know the taste and composition.
