Country Life has been my go to brand for joint heath supplements for years now. Here is the reason, quality matters. Instead pumping out cheap glucosamine products made from fungus Aspergillus niger and fermenting corn. They still derive theirs from crustaceans, and it’s a lot of potent in comparison to similar offerings on the market. Even though, the RDA (recommended dosage amount) per day is about 1-1.5g for severe people dealing with arthritis, however I have had friends who are suffering from arthritis and took far less with this bottle. Again, what and where companies source their ingredients from MATTERS! I, myself go to the gym 4-6days a week, 2hrs/day, regardless of the type of training I do (hypertrophic/strength) my joints do take a beating. But by taking 2 capsules of these a day with a mea along with fish oil and vitamin S has always served me well.

The Country Life brand of glucosamine & chondroitin works better than a cheaper brand I have tried. I accidentally let myself run out of these and bought another brand locally, thinking that an inferior brand was better than none at all. Well, maybe. I soon felt and heard a difference in my joints. Would you believe "crunchy"? I was so relieved when this order arrived. I wonder what I'll do with the rest of that other stuff.
We have used this product for nearly 10 years. When our vet told us about the relief dogs were getting from a similar product, we decided to try it. We did run out and buy another brand only 1 time. It was not nearly as effective in caplet form as the capsules are. Wouldn't use any other brand.

Very convenient capsules and after the first month of taking the pain in the knees subsides
This is the formula I use in combo with Celadrin. I think this is far & away the best formula out there, unless you want to spend triple the cost. I think of this product as one of Country Life's cornerstone formulas.
I like that the ingredients include different forms of glucosamine. It seems to be working well for my husband's arthritis but it's too soon to be sure. I wish it was available in a larger size.
