The adrenal support herbs taste good and help manage stress without any notable side effects. I mix a few of them, such as ashwagandha, licorice root, and rhodiola, to create a blend. To avoid potential toxicity from relying on a single brand or form, I alternate between different ㅠbrands and take breaks in between. This way, I can maintain a balanced regimen without inadvertently accumulating toxins.

I love Herb Pharm products....however I do find the Euthero drops more effective for me personally.

So the taste of this actually quite is lovely. But I'm comparing it in effectiveness to tinctures of holy basil or eleuthro, which I use for adrenal support. This one just doesn't seem to have the same power as either of those. I've read great things about this herb, so I wanted to give it a try. I'll finish the bottle, but in the future I'm going back to the other two because I can really feel an immediate difference after taking either. I find the tinctures made with alcohol to be slightly more potent, so I prefer to take those. I've had good experiences with this brand, they seem to be strong, high quality tinctures.
