My favorite mix of the B's. Not too many in each tab so I can just take one daily instead of three and not feel like I'm overdoing it. The B's are water soluble so people say you "cannot overdose" but I don't think excessive B vitamins are great. I particularly like this kind because there is plenty of Vitamin B-6 in each tab, which is important for women taking oral contraceptives like I do.
I like this B-Complex the best of all I've ever tried because it is complete and well rounded and very easy to metabolize. Other B-Complex's make me high strung and jittery and though they give me energy to get through the day I also feel exhausted at the end of the day. When I take this product I have a smooth energy response with no rise and crash or exhaustion. Also, with other B-complex's if you need use extra to stay away and function at a higher level for a short term crisis you can have extremely malodorous gas. This B does not do that and it works better than any other I've ever used. So if you have a long drive or an exam, whatever, if you are going to be around other people you may really wish to take this supplement instead of another B-Complex! :)
It appears that B complex vitamins offer numerous health benefits that's what I feel, it's important to get them in balanced amounts as they work together as a team, so my team is B team !
I absolutely love this B-complex vitamin! Whenever I'm not feeling quite right I start taking this on the daily and just overall end up feeling better. Highly recommend!
My chiropractor recommended a b complex to help with my sleeping problems (suggested one b vitamin was low). I feel energized when I take these in the morning and my sleep has improved. I have also made other healthy adjustments in my life but I believe these are contributing along with the rest of my efforts. Just a heads up, these taste terrible so swallow quick!
Perhaps it is just me, but generally vitamin B complex formulas make me very nauseated to the point of feeling as if I may throw up. This is the only brand that does not do that. I've taken it for years and I believe my mood and energy levels have benefited; I can tell a difference when I do not take it.
