I went down from 400mg sam0e version of this product to see if this one still has the same good effects but at a lower dose and price. It seems to be working fine so far. A big plus to this lower though is the smaller pill size. The quality of Nutralife sam0e is always superb and I have never had a problem with any pills having gone bad.

Quality is good, SAME really helps with it benefits, my mood is better and I have more energy. Mostly took it for my liver though and I can say it definitely helps.
