I ordered this B complex because it’s methylated B vitamins with extra B6 which suits my strength training needs and I’m overall very happy with how it makes me feel. Although some does pass straight on through (as is evidenced by the bright yellow urine), it feels as though I absorb a lot and in general feel my cognition is stronger since I’ve been taking it.
