love this brand!! I'm currently nursing and they are small in size and easy to swallow. I don't taste them at all which is great! daily dosage is 1 pill a day. They benefit us ( tired mama's) with all the vitamins we need in one small pill!
I started taking this pills in the begining od my second trimester and so far so good! No fish aftertaste whatsoever, not even a little burp! I just make sure I drink it in the middle of a meal, and that's it. I'll keep using this prenatal dha till the end of my pregnancy.
