I started to take this after fracturing my toe to help boost my calcium absorption and increase my bone health. The ingredient is of good quality and have been working well for me since. It also helps with boosting my vitamin D deficiency since I’m not constantly under the sun.

I take these vitamins daily. I know that Thorne is a reputable brand so I feel comfortable buying them over other brands. I like how little these pills are. They are very easy to take. I am currently pregnant and I have done my research that Vitamin D is extremely important so I take it in supplementation to the Vitamin D already in my prenatal vitamin.

This dosage of Vitamin D is quite low. I don't know why the daily recommendations are so low. Some people have deficiency and/or have absorption problems due to lattitude and lack of sun exposure and thus 4000 to 5000 UI might be more adequate for them. The size of the capsules is small and the quality of the ingredients is high. Make sure you also use Vitamin K so calcium is redirected to the bones.

No matter what supplements I got from this brand, I know I get the best quality of products. I needed a little boost of vitamin d and these were the perfect choices.
