I purchased this to help manage acne, and it definitely delivered on that front—breakouts were noticeably reduced, and any pimples that did appear healed much faster. However, the downside is the high dose of zinc. While effective short-term, it's not recommended for extended use, as excessive zinc can deplete the body of other essential nutrients. It’s a good short-term solution, but I’d advise caution with long-term use.
