I’m generally a fan of Thorne products, but unfortunately, the Green Tea Phytosome didn’t sit well with my stomach. While green tea is great for its antioxidant properties and metabolism support, this particular supplement didn’t agree with me. It might work well for others, but it wasn’t the best fit for me personally.

You can take this green tea on an empty stomach without the nausea you feel when you normally drink green tea on an empty stomach. No jitters or discomfort. As It’s a phytosome product it’s a superior absorption green tea.

I love Thorne supplements and the green tea is great. I use it for the benefits when I’m not in the mood to drink green tea.

I buy Thorne products all the time because of the quality and this product is no exception. Ingredients are well chosen for daily usage. I experienced zero negative effects. I had some minor heat from it, however I feel that is normal. It helps with raising body-temp and that is a way to burn calories.

This is the only green tea supplement that doesn't upset my stomach. I notice a clean, focused energy with no jitters. The capsules are easy to take and well worth it for the benefits.

I like Thorne quality and all supplements I have tried were doing their job, with this one I am not sure as I feel a bit sick after taking it, so stopped after 2 times, which is a shame as it is very expensive. I will give to my mum to try to see if she her experience is better with this one
