I bought it to lower down my blood sugar hope it works . Update, I have noticed changes in my weight, I lost 3 pounds in one month. I take one pill at night and at lunch I take apple cider vinegar pill. Update I repurchase again because of good quality and ingredients. This supplement doesn’t upset my stomach which is good.

Was worried when we started this that there might be adverse effects. So many of the negative reviews on Berberine in general are because customers have felt sick while taking. A family member had to stop taking it because they also take Omeprazole and the pills were conflicting causing acid reflux after a time. But they were fine in the beginning and hadn't noticed it. Will keep this a part of my regime though.

I take these for heart health. Easy to swallow capsules however in this last batch, one had opened up. Not a big deal but some of the powder is on the other capsules and they taste awful! But the size and dose are easy and we’ll see what my next bloodwork says to see if this particular supplement is helping.

I love everything thorn makes... great quality ingredients, size is good to consume. it does have a bitter taste but it's ok. you just take it quickly. I'm taking it before big meals. I think it helps.
This berberine is a great option when I'm feeling under the weather, or as a preventative while traveling. The color is quite bright, as long as you don't break the capsule, the pills have no discernible taste. The pill size is manageable, not small nor large.
